The Headlines :

The Team Lead, Record to Report (RTR,) works in the Milwaukee Global Business Services (GBS)Center and is responsible for delivering high quality services in RTR processes to Molson Coors Beverage Company entities in scope by leading a team of financial analysts. The role will drive operational KPIs adherence and continuous improvement by motivating team members, assessing performance, properly escalating issues, and proposing improvement plans.

This position reports to the Record to Report (RTR) Tower Lead and oversees a variety of analysts within the team. The role will also work closely with the Global Treasury, Accounting and Reporting, Global Tax, and Brewery Finance, as well as other members of our GBS teams and key stakeholders within the business.

The Responsibilities :

  • Coordinates operations for the Treasury, Accounting & Reporting, Tax, Brewery Finance, and other Finance designated process and team

  • Ensures the team delivers on agreed upon financial activities and KPIs (financial close, balance sheet review, forecasting and reporting)

  • Provides necessary information and reporting to support the business, and present performance indicators in operational reviews, analyze data & trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensure the Record to Report process maps and SOPs are followed and process controls are in place

  • Builds and maintains strong and effective relationships with various Analysts and Managers in the Business Units and delivers excellent customer service to ensure quality services are delivered to clients

  • Supports and assists migrations and continuous improvements, including the implementation of technology solutions, creating capacity in the team, and allocating staff to both operations and projects in order to drive standardization

The Qualifications:

  • You have a 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • You have 7+ years of relevant finance, accounting, and record to report processes; prior experience in Corporate Finance/team leading is highly preferred

  • You are skilled in using a variety of software and tools, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook; prior experience using SAP, Blackline, and Vertex strongly preferred

  • You build and maintain relationships through collaboration, and have strong communications skills (both written and verbal)

  • You have strong leadership skills and the capability to provide talent management leadership to help your team achieve success

  • You can translate theory into strategy and strategy into actionable plans by serving as a visible change agent and transformational leader
