The Headlines :

In the role of a Chain Execution Specialist – Non-Alc working inChicago, IL , you will be a part of the Non-Alcoholic beverages team. You will use Molson Coors systems and tools to effectively coordinate the initial setup and ongoing execution needs for our direct-to-retail customers, ultimately becoming a go-to resource for these alternate route-to-market customers as we continue to grow our non-alc brands.

This position reports to the Manager Sales Analytics – Non-Alc, and works closely with the Molson Coors chain teams, the DSO, the Senior Portfolio Managers of Non-Alc, the GM of Sales of Non-Alc, and the broader Non-Alc sales team in support of Molson Coors’ evolution into a beverage company.

The Responsibilities :

  • Own the vendor setup and new item processes for direct-to-retail customers, becoming the internal point person on any retailer-specific needs

  • Act as a main point of contact between retailer setup teams and internal finance and supply chain teams to ensure we are setup for success in DTR accounts

  • Entering promotional program details into retailer systems, and subsequently managing periodic changes in coordination with chain sales partners

  • Utilize data to understand execution opportunities, with the ability to clearly communicate necessary action steps to applicable teams

  • Manage organization and communication of promotional calendars to key internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop relationships across business functions (sales, finance, revenue management, supply chain, etc.), learning who to involve when coordinating non-alc chain activities

  • Be an active participant in driving the overall culture of the non-alc team, as we prove that innovative mindsets and positive attitudes can truly help transform our organization

The Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, supply chain, etc. OR equivalent work experience

  • Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a support-based role, with some use of data-driven tools like MS Excel, Business Objects, and/or SAP

  • Experience and familiarity using PCs and basic software (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Unafraid to learn new processes

  • Adherence to deadlines
