The Headlines:

In the role of the IBP Process Analyst , working in Milwaukee, WI, you will beresponsible for setting agenda, planning, scheduling, and facilitating execution /governance of the America cyclical IBP meetings. Managing cross functional planning and pre-meetings with Supply Chain, and cross-functional stakeholders

This position reports to the IBP Process Manager and work closely on a day-to-day basis with the IBP Joint Planning Manager and IBP Process Manager. As well as on a more weekly/monthly basis with Customer Service and Support, Demand Planning, Network Optimization, Digital Enablement, SC Performance, and Finance teams.

The Responsibilities:

  • You will leverage standards, templates and tools to monitor, support, and improve the MCBC IBP process and deliver against its set objectives.

  • You will review open action items from previous cycles and drive for completion as necessary.

  • There will be key elements of the role tied to analyzing S&OE variance / R&O against IBP, and scoping escalations for S&OE forums

  • You will partner with the JBP manager to effectively plan, and drive scheduling synergies with various commercial process meetings

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Project and/or Process Management OR equivalent experience.

  • You have 3+ years of experience process management/governance and facilitation

  • You are curious about consumers, industry, and a broad range of science and technologies.

  • Broad-based business experience and expertise across supply chain functions and interconnectivity

  • Ability to educate, coach and develop others leveraging strong influencing and negotiation skills

  • Interpersonal skills managing and rallying stakeholders towards a common goal

  • Best in class meeting management skills with a demonstrated ability to set and facilitate through an agenda and lead proactively

  • Ability to effectively communicate with and hold senior leaders accountable

  • You are bold and decisive. You are comfortable expressing conflicting opinions, have a bias for action, and embrace failing forward.

  • You take initiative to learn and continuously grow your skill sets and build up the people around you.
