The Headlines:

In the role of Procurement Analyst – Supply Chain Indirects working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the North America Procurement team. The Procurement Analyst is responsible for providing analysis of key procurement data, including RFx and bid analysis, spend and volume analysis, and supplier scorecard data. You will use certain strategic sourcing principles including spend analysis, negotiation, risk mitigation, and supplier management.

This position reports to the Procurement Director – Supply Chain Indirects and works closely with cross functional teams and supplier partners.

The Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis in support of procurement initiatives, such as RFPs, category strategies, supplier management, and/or Center of Excellence (COE) processes

• Be a subject matter expert for Supply Chain Indirect Procurement regarding the vendor maintenance process, including answering questions and resolving issues with Global Vendor Team

• Assist in supplier vetting process, maintaining carrier contact lists and RFP contact lists.

• Regular communication with internal and external business partners and stakeholders regarding RFP status, vendor maintenance status & project updates.

• Work with large data sets (both structured and unstructured) across multiple source systems for extraction, processing, exploration, and analysis

• Support the Supply Chain Indirects Procurement Team with data and coordination of scorecards to support Supplier Relationship Management.

The Other Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of relevant experience in Procurement or Data Management

• Strong analytical and problem solving, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and data analytics experience is required

• Experience with SAP, Ariba, shopping cart platforms is preferred
