The Headlines :

In the role of Technical Product Manager – Technology Innovation working in Milwaukee, WI you will bepart of the Information Technology (IT) team.This position involves conducting analysis and research, creating product plans,keeping up on current industry trends, and crafting the approach to new IT solutions and business capabilities.Your communication skills will allow you to interact fluently with customers and stakeholders as you collaborate, influence, and develop the technology stack and relevant processes.If you’re a combination of a dreamer and a doer, this role will be perfect for you!

This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Technology Innovation and works closely withdifferent functional areas (e.g. Commercial, Supply Chain) to accelerate our organizational capabilities and culture through the implementation, integration, and adoption of innovative technologies.In this role, you will also support a variety of tech community initiatives to elevate IT’s culture, brand, and talent pipeline. This includes managing our IT rotational program for early talent who work in unique assignments for two years under the supervision of others across brewery and corporate locations.

The Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and IT peers to understand and solve complex problems with innovative, sustainable, and supportable solutions

  • Leverage understanding of consumer insights, technology trends, and competitive experiences to identify pain-points, challenges, and hurdles and advise on approaches to eliminate and positively enhance customer interactions

  • Work hands-on to gain in-depth knowledge of competitive products

  • Provide and present recommendations, and influence relevant stakeholders to address gaps in the solution impacting an operation or departments

  • Document product requirements and oversee UX/UI designs

  • Align the technology stack to business roadmap ensuring technical relevance and agility

  • Utilize customer-centric tools such as journey maps and personas to inform decision-making

  • Be a thought leader, driving adoption and use of technology and methodologies

  • Engage with student, startup, and community partners to fuel the pipeline of ideas and talent

  • Manage IT Rotational Program Professionals as they contribute to the achievement of multiple goals with three different groups throughout their two-year experience

  • Strive to continually build skills, knowledge, and experience by learning from many places: formal classroom, books, blogs, podcasts, seminars, conferences, colleagues, etc.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a technology related discipline OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of IT/Innovation.

  • You have at least 7 years experience in IT designing, developing, and solutions experience

  • You have at least 4 years of relevant functional experience with a focus on innovative technologies (e.g. cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, prototyping tools)

  • You have at least 5 years of Product Management experience

  • Previous experience working with B2B integrations, B2C, EDI and API
