The Headlines:

In the role of Supply Planning Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Canada Customer Supply Chain Organization. You will contribute to the supply planning processes and supply chain optimization for Molson Coors. This role adds value creation through design and optimization of the Molson Coors supply network, from supplier through distributor. Finally, you will contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning process which aligns Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership on volume, revenue, and supply plans.

This position reports to Process Lead, Supply Planning and works closely with Supply Planning Analysts, assigned brewery, Customer Service Analysts, Forecasting and Demand Planning Team.

The Responsibilities:

• Contributes and ensures execution of the detailed Canada Supply plan to support the S&OP process.

• Assists in the creation and management of timely and accurate supply chain plans that deliver balanced results related to financial, quality, service, productivity and business growth .

• Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, primarily inside Integrated Supply Chain

• Compile and verify capacity inputs; including the governance of changes

• Identify sourcing and capital recommendations to address over-capacity situations

• Prepare routine and ad hoc utilization summaries to be distributed to internal stakeholders
